Most of the time PolyAnalyst prevents the ability to view outdated data, so the need to refresh the view of the data is rare. However, it is occasionally possible for the view to become outdated, such as when data is changed elsewhere while the view is open. When the data is outdated, you can either close and re-open the view, or right-click on the dataset, for example, and select Update grid in the context menu.
